What This Warranty Covers
NCCWholesale (“we”, “us”, “our”) warrants to the original purchaser that each new hardware product sold through NCCWholesale is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
This warranty applies only to hardware defects that arise under normal use and service conditions. It does not cover software, consumable parts, or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or unauthorised modification.
If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received by NCCWholesale within the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion:
- Repair the defective product using new or refurbished parts equivalent in performance and reliability.
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished product that is at least functionally equivalent.
- Refund the purchase price of the product if repair and replacement are not reasonably available.
A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or 90 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.
Your Statutory Rights Are Unaffected
This limited warranty is provided in addition to — and does not limit — any statutory consumer rights you hold under applicable federal or state law. If there is any conflict, your statutory rights take precedence.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not extend to subsequent owners or recipients of the product.

| Memory (RAM) | Failed or unstable modules, incorrect rated capacity or speed, timing deviations from published specifications, DOA modules. | 1 Year |
| Storage (SSD / HDD) | Premature drive failure under normal usage conditions, failure to be recognised by compatible systems on first use, read/write speeds materially below specification. | 1 Year |
| Motherboards | Failed chipsets, defective PCIe or RAM slots from manufacturing, USB/audio/network port failures from manufacturing, DOA units, BIOS chip defects. | 1 Year |

What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not apply to damage or failure caused by any of the following. Claims found to fall within these exclusions will be declined, and the product returned to you at your cost.
Physical Damage & Mishandling
- Accidental damage — drops, impacts, liquid spills, or crushing.
- Improper installation — damage caused by incorrect mounting, bending CPU pins during installation, overtightening cooler brackets, or electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage from improper handling.
- Cosmetic damage — scratches, dents, broken plastic, or other aesthetic damage that does not affect the functional operation of the product.
Modifications & Overclocking
- Overclocking or undervolting — any modification of clock speeds, voltages, or power limits beyond manufacturer-rated specifications that results in instability or failure.
- BIOS / firmware modifications — flashing unofficial or modified firmware that causes damage or failure.
- Physical modifications — removal or alteration of heatspreaders, direct-die lapping, soldering, or any other physical alteration of the product.
Environmental & Electrical Damage
- Power surges or fluctuations — damage from unstable power supplies, lightning strikes, or failure to use appropriate surge protection.
- Incompatible components — damage resulting from use with components operating outside rated specifications (e.g. exceeding a CPU’s TDP in an incompatible motherboard).
- Environmental damage — corrosion, moisture ingress, excessive dust buildup, or operation outside the product’s rated temperature and humidity range.
Normal Wear & Consumables
- Normal wear and tear — gradual degradation of performance within acceptable tolerances, including NAND wear on SSDs within rated TBW (terabytes written).
- Fan wear — bearing degradation in cooling fans after extended normal use (unless failure occurs within the first 90 days).
- Thermal interface material — pre-applied thermal pads or paste is not covered as a wear item.
Other Exclusions
- Third-party repairs — any product that has been opened, repaired, or serviced by anyone other than NCCWholesale or an authorised service provider.
- Stolen or fraudulently obtained products — products where ownership cannot be verified or that are reported stolen.
- Products purchased from unauthorised resellers — warranty applies only to products purchased directly through NCCWholesale.
Voiding Your Warranty
The following actions will void your warranty entirely, regardless of the cause of failure:
· Removing or altering serial number or warranty seals
· Opening or modifying the product beyond normal installation
· Providing false information in a warranty claim
· Overclocking beyond manufacturer-rated speeds

How to Make a Warranty Claim
To obtain warranty service, you must contact NCCWholesale within the warranty period. Do not return products without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number — unreferenced returns cannot be processed and will be returned at sender’s expense.
Step 1 — Contact Support
Reach our support team by email, phone, or live chat. Have your order number, product serial number, and a description of the fault ready. Photos or video evidence of the defect will help speed up assessment.
Step 2 — Receive Your RMA
If your claim is eligible, we will issue an RMA number and a prepaid return shipping label. Warranty return shipping is covered by NCCWholesale for valid claims. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
Step 3 — Ship the Product
Package the component securely in its original packaging where possible, or equivalent protective packaging. Include all original accessories. NCCWholesale is not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.
Step 4 — Assessment
Our technical team will inspect and assess the product within 5 business days of receipt. We will notify you of the outcome and the proposed remedy by email.
Step 5 — Remedy Fulfilled
Repairs are typically completed within 10–15 business days. Replacements are dispatched within 3–5 business days of assessment. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the return being received and assessed.
