Consumer Rights
Your legal rights as a consumer are independent of, and in addition to, any limited warranty NCCWholesale provides. This page explains what those rights are and how to exercise them.
On all core computer components — CPUs, GPUs, memory, storage, motherboards, and power supplies.
Important: Nothing in NCCWholesale’s limited warranty limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights under applicable federal or state law. The warranty is provided in addition to — not instead of — those rights. If there is any conflict, your statutory rights take precedence.
Your Statutory Rights
Under U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws, you have rights that cannot be waived or overridden by any seller. These rights apply automatically to every product you purchase from NCCWholesale.
- Right to a product that works as described. Goods must be fit for the purpose for which they are sold and conform to any description or sample shown.
- Right to a remedy for defective goods. If a product is faulty or not as described at the time of sale, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
- Right to a refund for goods not delivered. If your order is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
- Right to truthful advertising. You have the right to accurate and non-misleading product descriptions, specifications, and pricing.
- Right to data privacy. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy law, including rights of access, correction, and deletion.
- Right against unfair contract terms. No term in our agreements may unfairly limit rights that you are entitled to by law.
Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act
Under this federal law, NCCWholesale’s written warranty must not diminish your implied warranty rights. Our 1-year warranty is in addition to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Many states provide additional consumer protections beyond federal law. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties at all. Your rights may be broader depending on your state of residence.

- Storage Drives (SSD / HDD) — premature failure under normal use within the warranty period.
- Motherboards — failed chipsets, damaged PCIe slots from manufacturing, and DOA units.
- Power Supplies — output voltage irregularities and fan failures under normal load.

Your Remedies
When a product is defective, not as described, or fails to perform as expected, you are entitled to one or more of the following remedies. NCCWholesale will work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution.
- Repair. We will arrange for the defective product to be repaired at no cost to you within a reasonable timeframe.
- Replacement. If repair is not feasible or takes too long, we will replace the product with an identical or equivalent model.
- Full Refund. If neither repair nor replacement is possible, or if the defect is significant, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.
- Partial Refund. In cases of minor defects that do not warrant a full return, we may offer a partial refund reflecting the reduced value of the product.
- Consequential Damages (where applicable). Certain state laws may entitle you to compensation for losses caused by a defective product beyond the product’s value.
You do not need to accept a remedy that is unreasonable, disproportionately inconvenient, or significantly delayed.
