Refund & Return Policy
Overview
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help. Please read this policy so you know what to expect when you need to make a return.
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to start a return. After 14 days, we are not able to accept returns or issue refunds.
2. Items We Can Accept
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In the original packaging with all parts, cables, and accessories included
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
- Free of physical damage, user-caused defects, or signs of heavy use
3. Items We Cannot Accept
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Software, digital downloads, or licenses that have been activated or redeemed
- Items missing original packaging, accessories, or components
- Special orders or custom-configured products
4. Product Condition & Fraud Protection
Important: All returned items are inspected when we receive them. We check the serial number, internal components, and condition of every return.
We do not accept returns where the product received back is different from the one we shipped. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Returning a different unit than the one originally purchased
- Swapping internal components or parts before returning
- Returning a damaged, broken, or non-functioning item in place of the original
- Any attempt to return a counterfeit or substitute product
If we determine that a fraudulent or switched return has been submitted, we will reject the return, return the item to you at your expense, and may report the incident to the appropriate authorities. No Challenge Computing reserves the right to ban accounts involved in fraudulent return activity.
5. How to Start a Return
Follow these steps to return an item:
- Contact us at returns@nochallengecomputing.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
- We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack the item securely and write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Ship the item back to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was the wrong product.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit
If your return is not approved, we will contact you to explain why and arrange to send the item back to you.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@nccwholesale.com with a photo of the damage and your order number.
8. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send you the correct item or issue a full refund.
